Director of Operations, Mitsa Group
Lisa graduated from the Hospitality Industry and worked with the Westin Hotel for 7 years in Hilton Head Island, SC. She moved to Virginia and started her career in food and beverage where she managed full-service restaurants in the area before moving to Massachusetts. While living in Massachusetts, she was given the opportunity to work with a Quick Service Restaurant group as their Area Manager and then their Director of Operations for 32 locations. She worked with them for over 20 years before she happily accepted a position as Director of Operations with the Mitsa Group. Her favorite part of her job is growing the business and in return providing her teams with growth opportunities and development. Without them she stands alone.
