My name is Kadi and I am an Area Manager for Taco Bell at Mid Atlantic Taco. I began working for the brand in 2012 as a young single mother, having to provide for my daughter but had no idea how it would impact my life and work ethic. It started off as just a job but eventually evolved into a career. Taco bell is where I realized my passion, which is helping promote the growth and development of our employees. Customer satisfaction is what matters most, therefore I am committed to the improvement of not only myself, but my employees as well. As an Area Manager, I oversee various locations and the one thing I tell all my staff is “If you work just for money, you’ll never make it, but if you love what you’re doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours.”
