Al joined the Mitsa group in 2012 as the area coach for the original three Taco Bell restaurants. Working with Sanjay Patel, he assisted in the development of the additional restaurant concepts; Einstein Brother’s Bagels, Wingstop, Fazoli’s, and Cantina Laredo. Bringing Mitsa’s holding to 20 restaurants with over thirty five million in revenue. And, the journey continues as Mitsa continues to grow and develop restaurant units.

Al brings over 40 years’ experience in hospitality ownership and management. Al graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BA in Government.
